Course Content
During the weekend, you will learn how to:
- Overcome the special challenges of the IELTS listening module
- Strengthen your IELTS reading and writing skills
- Handle the IELTS speaking module with confidence and ease
- Master the support skills which influence your IELTS scores
- Upgrade your scores through the use of select vocabulary / expressions

- Writings to be marked on Saturday and returned on Sunday
- Speaking tests to be peer-to-peer with group feedback
- The Reading and Listening tests will give an indication of potential IELTS score
- Writing will be graded to CEFR which will give an indication of potential IELTS score
My-iTeacher will be available for students to book additional Speaking tests one-to-one with a teacher on Skype. There will be an extra cost of £25 per 30 minutes (15 minute test and 15 minute feedback). The My-iTeacher sessions may be booked online or arranged with the course tutor.

Important Information
All input will be for Academic IELTS modules. If you wish to take the General Training test then we can provide and mark General Training tests for Writing and provide General training reading tests in the afternoons but full feedback will only be given for the Academic module.
The listening and Speaking modules are the same for both Academic and General Training. You MUST tell us when applying that you require the General Training option.
The minimum level for students to attend the course is CEFR A2/B1 (good pre-intermediate).
